Where can I get product and price information?
Send us an inquiry email, we will contact you after receiving your mail.
How soon can I get a sample?
Depends on your specific project, generally 1-3 days.
What information is needed for quotation?
Please provide product drawings in 2D PDF format, 3D in STEP, X_T, or IGS format is better.
What are the payment terms?
We accept 50% as deposit, after the goods are finished, we will take pictures for your inspection, and then you pay the balance. For small orders, we accept Paypal, and the Paypal commission will be added to the order. For large orders, T/T is preferred.
Are you a trading company or a factory?
We are a direct-operated factory with 15 experienced engineers and more than 35 employees, and the workshop area is about 2,000 square meters.
What if we don't have drawings?
Please send your samples to our factory, then we can copy or provide you with a better solution. Please send us a picture or a sketch with dimensions (length, height, width) and if an order is placed we will make a CAD or 3D file for you.
